Are UI Elements Movable?

Hey all :)

New to the game and i was just wondering if the UI elements can be moved or resized plz? If this cannot be done by default, is there an addon/mod @ Alloder Pro that can assist with this or a UI re-skin?

If none of these options are available, is there any way i can resize the NPC quest dialog? I love that the quest tracker and chat windows can have font size adjusted, but i struggle a bit with the quest dialog font size.

Nah...action mods can be use (if i remember right) to resize the actionbar. So not rlly wrong...
