Application crash.

Why does my Application/Game crash like every 15 min ? It has been like this since I changed my graphic card.. any suggestion what it could be?

Hi, if you have crash fmod_event.dll, the solution it's mute sound in game setting.

I've been playing without sounds since lvl 40 patch, even turned off nosound in Global.cfg but didn't help...'

I check the error reports and it said

KERNELBASE.dll
MSVCR100.dll
nvd3dum.dll
AOgame.exe

those were the once that it reported the most, dunno what it is though

Well I had crashes and turned that sound engine off. 2weeks and still not even 1crash :thumbsup:

I doubt it's that though... I don't even understand these crash reports anyways so I hope someone here will find out what it is :p

The player that let us know about his "sound" issue, had his answer from the customer support.
May i suggest you to send them your crash report, so they can help you ?

Ok my client has been crashing for too long and the customer support can't point out what's causing the Faulting module name: MSVCR100.dll related crash,the game randomly crashes after(especially in novograd),if any1 knows a workaround for this other than downloading MS C++ visual 2010 which i did already with all the methods listed in the crashing section of the website, then please let me know,thanks

Same problem with module: msvcr100.dll, version 10.0.30319.1 and module: aogame.exe, version 5.0.2.47.

Not to mention falls through the texture in BGs (DF, Dominion, etc).

PS: Sound already disabled since ages.

yeah thats the 2 fault modules am having exactly,would be great if some1 knows a work around for them...
