Bonus 200%

I got a surprize box, uset id.
Now I have a 200% top up bonus:



Last time I have payed like 100 euro to use that 75% bonus what I had.
And of course I didn't received the value of the 175 euro!

Now, just look more carefully again:


So it is only abut 1500 crystals!!!

So if I buy for 750 crystal I will get the 1500. (7.5 euro)
If I buy 1000 crystals, still 1500
If I buy 10000 crystals still 1500.

What to buy what to buy...?

I think bye bye.. or max 7.5 euro

That's clearly explained in the news :

The minimum amount of Premium Crystals allocated to your account when you activate the Magic Lamp is 75 (10% Bonus), the maximum is 1,500 (200%). You can check how many Bonus Premium Crystals you can receive when you hover the mouse over the Magic Lamp icon on the bottom-left corner of your screen.

I am still considerig a fake action.

200% top up bonus.



-it is hidden somewhere ( but only for max 7.5 euro)

Maybe it should be reported this promotion to international customer protection service.
Because you are misleading intentionally most of your customers!

As long as people understand what they read it is clearly stated how Magic Lamp works. I don't know where you got your wrong "200% top up bonus" idea.

Tbh I'd say now that we're under Mail.Ru it's even less problematic because there are no bonuses for topping up bigger amounts of bc at once.
