its just a guess but this will maybe make potential new players think that they have to pay and that there is no free game... so thats the why

Come on, most people that found this game either heard from a friend or a MMO list site in which is listed in the free section. Should be by no means hard to find a link to be able to pay for the sub server. Nor should you have to search the sub server forum to find a link to it.
if the link is hidden its silly yes, making it obvious is a good idea

Did you ever think that not being able to find the payment link for the sub server is why the sub server isn't getting new players?i dont think that this is the main reason for the low population

i read somewhere they are already aware of the payserver-option beeing hidden and want to change that when improving the whole website
so my guess is with patch 6.0 they might change the appareance of the site and point out payserver more

They said that some months ago. Why would they only change it with 6.0 and not immediately? It's a huge issue that seems to simply be ignored for whatever reason (maybe lazyness). There is absolutely no downside to providing at least some information about the sub server and the difference between the payment-models on the website.

The problem is people like you and the rest of the population making suggestions or flat out complaining does nothing. If you knew Allods and the team behind it from the start of gpotato to now on my.com they have given 0 cares for the people and what is good customer service. my.com still doesn't have Allods listed as a game and subserver will probably never advertised the way it should have been/should be. They simply don't care.
