Performance issues

hello,

One to a half year ago i stopped playing allods online but redownloaded today to play again,
Normaly everything worked fine performance, ping everything was allright but today my performace went to orange and light green.
I tried lower the graphics but it looks terrible.
My pc specs:
Windows 8.1
Intel i5 2430m 2.4-2.9ghz
8gb ram
direct x11
Intel graphics 3000 and Nvidia Geforce gt 540m 2gb
I have a optimus laptop and i am using the nvidia one.
My laptop has no dust becouse i checked on that. Defragged and regestry cleaned and all drivers are uptodate.

Are you fully downloaded?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
