Welcome to the "10-20-30 Event" - a booster designed to squeeze more value out of your crystal purchases. In the words of Goblin Banker, "It's good business" - although it was hard to translate his coughing and mumbling at the Boutique Interview.

Unlike other artefacts that deal in chance, this event deals with a guarantee:

10 Euro or higher gains 10%.
40 Euro or higher gains 20%.
100 Euro or higher gains 30%.
Bonuses are supplied via Premium Crystals.

Note: 1 Euro = 100 Crystals. Commissions of your payment method are not included.

There are no dice rolls and no small print - just bonus premium crystals for you to enjoy.
The event begins on the 29th of January and ends on the 5th of February - and is the perfect time to boost your characters crystalline power!

Is there a maximum transactions you can do on this?

Like...is it one per person?

If I buy 100E of crystals and get the 30% bonus can I do it again and receive another 30% bonus?

It's not exactly the same.
You have bonus premium crystals, but there is no limit to the amount bonus you can have.

@IAmGroot : No idea. There is a new "bonus calculator" on the top up page, i think that it will stay until the end of the event ? So that you can charge several times ?

There are no limits - It is simply a guaranteed crystal income with bonuses that last until the event itself ends.

The only thing to be mindful of are commissions of your payment method and bonuses being given via premium crystals as described in the first post.

how does this stupid thing work ? i top up and i getcrystals ? do i have to input crystal amount in the new tool on the top up page ? cause ive topped up twice since this started and i still dont see any premium crystals

@Bunzy and @nayrbieee :

What payment method did you use ? When did you use it ?
Did you try to close the game and log in again ?
There are some players that seem to have the same issues.
As usual, if you don't receive your premium crystals till monday, please don't hesitate to submit a ticket here.

(I think that the toolbox is just here for information).

i used bank transfer euro option . my ticket dindt got answer and my runes stuck for this sunday dominion since i was counting with those premiums. its too hard to check my account fill up and see i toped up today a high amount of money? if not the highest? and just give me 30% of that? i mean how can this be so complicated???

Is there meant to be a delay with premium crystals? It might be good to warn players they do no show at same time.
I will send ticket If no change on the next day but I think this delay will cause sadness for players and ticket staff if not inspected soon.

So just a question here...

When we top up and don't get the bonus...are we going to get refunded the money or are we going to have someone add premium crystals into our account?.....or what?

Because this is pretty dang silly.

Edit: Maybe we should get extra for being inconvenienced! ????

I purchased 30,000 crystals in 3 different 10,000 crystal transactions.

The first transaction goes as follows:

Received 10,000 crystals and 3,000 premium crystals.

The second transaction goes as follows:

Received 10,000 crystals and (VERY DELAYED) 3,000 premium crystals.

The third transaction goes as follows:

Received 10,000 crystals and ZERO premium crystals.

So....yeah...
How about we get the people that pay for this game to continue their crystals...because this is ludicrous.
