Urgent help!

I downloaded the launcher from the new website, and I tried to get the access to Allods, I typed my transfered NA account's information such email and password, but I found EU servers "New Frontier" and "smuglers paradise" I also found 0 characters in the server, I need help with that! I can't find my toons, what I need to do now?

Let me guess, you merged your account, then couldn't log in and reused your email address to make a new account?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

No, submit a ticket explaining the issue and wait.

Your characters still exist, the access rights went a bit squiffy, thats all
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Have you tried to acces those servers?
I bet your characters are still there, in New Republic if you had chars on F2P or Smugglers Paradise if you had characters on P2P.

There's a known issue where this is sadly not the case.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
