so where's the 90 day option?

Not completly sure on what i'm going to say....

BUT
If you have 2100 crystals on your account, you will see the 90 days option.

Hello,

With Griumph and Klarisse, we think that the reason of the bug is :
- "active" player : 2 options
- "inactive" player : 3 options

It's definitly not related to crystal amount on the account.
