We've got two types of issues:

1. Transfer successful, but unable to login. We are working on this issue right now and will send you an email as soon as the solution is found.
2. "My characters are lost" issues, caused by accidental double registration. These cases are much rarer (about 1% of the total). If you think you encounter it, please create a ticket, we will resolve it manually.
What do you mean with double registration? I think im the first case but i don't know. What i did was create a new account on my.com and tried to transfer my account again. The site told me that my id was already transferred though. I created a new account to see if i was having some other kind of technical difficulties to login. I can login with this new account with out problems (to my.com and game also).
I can also proof im the account owner (screenshots). What should i do? i already submitted a ticket with all my info, but there's no reply yet.

Glad to see aknowledgement of the issues and assurance that its being worked on. Begain downloading the update 4:30 pm est yesterday. It's 6pm and I can now login but it unfortunatly means nothing untill I have characters to play. So for now with support tickets submitted I sit and wait in silence. *cricket cricket*

We have fixed the majority of the cases regarding the login problems, Of the total transfers we had, there were issues with 16% of them. We have been working hard and have been able to fix the majority leaving less then 1% of users with login issues.

I did a mail with many screenshoots of my problem, you all ansered with the message to what more 1 hour, i know is hard do many services, and i understand what you all are doing is hard, but just tell more about the status of what happeness, i tryed change my password, but said have a error internal, I tryed do a new account, said i have a account with my email and nickname, what i can do ?

even after we get in game the exchange rate will be high again and all the cheats that did TR and stuff before get there accounts back and gold and stuff and will be laughing with exchange will we get a shot at cheap exchange or we will get in game and have to pay high rates like b4 and the cheats get to reap the benifits of cheating and be loaded in game now??

Yeah, I already sent one regular one, and a second because I mistyped the gPotato ID.
I'd rather not have to send a third, since I'm anxious to get to 60 before the free sub is up.
