Normally 15-30 days (don't even delete this like you did last time ... because you know I'm right.)

And even then...if you haven't contacted a CM in that time you have sent in a ticket...you will probably double that.

I know 2 others that are from NA that are trying to get their accounts transferred but can't seem to make it happen.
Support tickets get answered so incredibly slow...I don't know what the issue is, honestly.

They are very slow answering tickets.

Send ticket number to Mhuldoon in a pm and it should go a bit faster.

It took 29 days for my first ticket to be answered and even so I think it was only answered because I was saying how crappy the customer service was. Pretty sad they have tons more help then NA did at the end and yet it only took a few days at most to get our tickets answered.

Hope they answer your ticket soon.

So does this mean its even worth it to make an attempt at coming back to the game?
