Can't subscribe

2 days without any answer or help from the GM, Supports, or Forum moderators.


I've purchased 1.600 crystals to pay the subscription server, I see the crystal in my lvl 4 toon in the F2P server, but when I'm going to pay for the subscription says that I don't have enought crystals.

Can someone fix this or give my money back ?

There is an issue with subscription, as you can see in the topic i merged your messages with.
The Support Team is aware of this issue, unfortunatly, i doubt it will be fixed on a week-end :/.

We are all waiting for monday, hoping that there will be no more issues with payment then.

they wont be in the office till monday morning so you won't get a reply for another day and few hrs.

Still not working for me, even with game open and cash shop open. I'm seeing my 1000 crystals in the in game shop, still getting the "Insufficient Crystals" error on the sub page.

EDIT: worked. had to logout and exit game, and login again, game and website. it worked 2nd time

Worked. I had to log out of both, log in, try 3 times, log out again from both, clear my cache, log into both, try 2 times, and then it worked. Guessing something with caching of user info somewhere along the line, enough logins forces a flush somewhere?

Worked for me on the first time. Char Taleron is rising again, but only on softmode... so no activity after 10 p.m for me sadly.

Wtf going on with this problems i buy it cant get sub for 1 month even in game not showing me i have crystalls
