Item that increases damage after kills (like Anniversary-potion)

i want to suggest to bring an item that increases the damage/healoutput based on kills; similar to fatality from carnifex and similar to the Anniversary-potion that player below level 65 got from their horns

its very, very motivating if you get stronger with every kill you make :)

I usually dont talk much on this forum but I gotta say this is a pretty stupid idea. It's just got to make p2w players even stronger
