need help with glyph quest in wellebel! GM pls

hello dear GM's,

I cant take the quest to get fabled glyphs *5 anymore.
and I still have 7/12
I relogged, and done everything to see, but I just dont get the quest + the item to summon that guy.
I dont have quest in my list and my questlog is empty.

can any GM pls help me

Bard : CatAsTophy lvl 60 - 7 blue items

Healer: QuisLina lvl 60

Psionist: Metapsionic lvl 58

Palladin: Kandura lvl 55

Summoner: Shinjumitsu lvl 55

Druid: Truixus lvl 43

Mage: Yerishira lvl 19
