Good luck. I sent in a ticket before blue sectors were unlocked and I finally got a response back about two days ago and all it said was "Thank you".
Um... wut?

You have to go to your actual support ticket through the my.com website. It took me over a month to realize this after getting that "Thank you" email.

The "Thank you" email means they replied to your ticket. Good luck Krafty :)

@Jees. It normally takes them 2+ weeks to reply initially but after that they aren't as bad when it comes to replying.

You need to get in touch with a Community Manager, by private message on the forum, explaining what is your request about, and giving him/her your ticket number.
