Well, burst damage is the only thing psi has going for it after 5.0. Take that away and there's nothing left.
This will be somewhat nerfed with 6.0.1 too with the brutality "fix".

1 hand on mouse; 5 fingers left for keys...

or you can also simply use a keyboard with "hardwaremacros", this saves you from thinking, just press one key hold it, and
rotation goes on

I have 2 hands, I also have a mouse with magical buttons on it that I can keybind for spells ingame.
I use no form of macros, as I said it's not difficult to press a few buttons at the same time, I have hands not crippled claws.
As you can see from Deleths screenshot there's nothing abnormal
