2 pages? One pages gives ALL racial skilss (at least it gave me when i bought mine). Cooldowns are shared, so if you use first skill you can't use second one for 2min.
There's no point in taking 2 pages...

But if that was changed:
Warped Faith [Arisen]- briliant for FH, for CH....pfff...
some name [Xadaganian]- some almost useless effect... pfff

Teness Shiel [Kanian]- abosrbs some portion of damage
Vindictive Punishment [Elf] burns enemy mana, good in PvP (favourite target- enemy Healer) in PvE... pfff...

I got 1,800 crystals and gonna buy 2 pages from the book of secrets, and thinking of which racials to take. I know one i want is the priden racial, 4 fanaticism stacks is way to useful to pass up as a caster healer. Whats the other racial i should take?

Anyway the racials share their cd so u mb need to think about which is usefull in each situation

This is one of Allods`problems, the game is such a mess that u may think u really have to pay 900 for 1 single spell. i bet some steam player will have the same problems.
and this is so ridiculous, just missin a better description. in my pmb i tryed to find an explanation that prevent that misunderstanding cause i had same issue.

I'd take Watcher's Vow(the priden fana one) over all the other racials. My holy heals usually heal my target to full health in pvp and that 30% extra heals isn't gonna be worth it for me. Getting another 4 holy heals off on extra targets howevers is far more important. And for dps there isn't any other choice really.

Not sure if 4 fana is necessarily better, Arisen Racial has quite a long duration,talking as Full Healer now. I can imagine using eithe rone of the racials when I want heal many players in my party fast, or just quickly heal tank if hes/hers HP has dropped to 30% or below. With 4 Fana you can heal that normal Holy Healing 4 times, but with Arisen Racial you have stronger heasl for the duration of the skill, smartly used you probably have Heavenly Smite available = 3 Fana, and ofc other Fanatisms you get of the fight also so in my head I like the stronger heals for longer on top of this, Arisen Racial, Shield + Circle of Healing gives me goodygoodies everytime.
Also at P2P BGs, I've been investigating Xadaganian Racial, its still the WORST racial skill for Healer, but its not totally hopeless, it cancels most of the slowing effects which can be handy sometimes.

The Arisen and Priden racial are for different uses in my opinion.

Situation (Arisen): Your tank is at 5% HP and you have no fanaticism. You use your racial and gain 20% bonus healing effects, but have no fana, you start dedicated plea and hope it hits before your tank takes the final blow. Unfortunately, it failed. Your tank died.

Situation (Priden): Your tank is at 5% HP and you have no fanaticism. You use your racial and gain 4 fanaticism stacks. You cast 4 holy healings very quickly. Your tank is now at 40-100% hp and your party/raid did not wipe.

The above situations show how the Priden racial can be the most beneficial in certain situations.
The below situations will show how the Arisen racial can be the most beneficial in certain situations.

- - - Back when we used to need to run 2 full healers in astral parties in order to succeed - - -

Situation (Arisen): Your tank is at 30% HP, your 2nd healer just died, the boss is still at 25% hp. You have to pick up some slack for your fallen healer partner. You activate your 20% bonus heals for 20s. This allows just enough to keep your tank above 1% hp for long enough for your DPS to take down the mob.

Situation (Priden): Your tank is at 30% HP, your 2nd healer just died, the boss is still at 25% hp. You have to pick up some slack for your fallen healer partner. You activate your 4 fanaticism stacks from your racial. You blow through them in a matter of seconds and manage to get your tank back up to 50% HP. The fight lasts longer than you expected and you can just not do enough healing for 2 people with only a 4 fanaticism stack bonus. Your tank dies and your party/raid wipes.

So, as you can see, they are used in different situations. That being said, when you get the Book of Ancestral Secrets, you get all the racials and you should put all (well maybe not all, but for sure Arisen/Priden) on your bar so that you can activate whichever one is needed at the exact time you need it.
