unable to upgrade bag space on p2p server?

hit 20 and wanted to upgrade bag to 24 slot that's been sitting on boutique bag but when I try to equip bigger bag it keeps just saying "you cannot unequip that item" is this supposed behavior and if is, then juts how does one increase bag space ... or is it some kind of bug?

Can you post a screenshot showing your bag and Character page?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

both by right clicking on boutique bag and dragging it into slot, result is same

Odd, I've had no issues when trying on a character I have that had the bag available.

Try logging out and back in?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

ok relogg worked...that was pretty odd problem though
