Add a command /rand or /random

Hello, the majority of the suggestion is in the title. I often used the / rand or / random in other MMO, which allows to simply make a die roll 100 like for the loot in groups. This command is often useful and enables more creative mini-games to add interactivity between players. (example: all players roll a die and the one with the smallest number gives the bet to the last one who has the bigger, you can add many rules such as if a player has 1, it must give the bet to any other player and if a player makes 100 other players give it to him, etc, etc)

Here is just a simple suggestion of a command to create a new source of distraction in addition to a draw to decide something.
