I have problem with updating the game. Download is 0 kbps.

Hi all.
I have a weird problem with launcher.
I had downloaded game, then i opened launcher.
Game should now start to update. However it cant.
The download speed is 0 kbps.
Does anyone know why it is happening?

Here is my internet connection:




Maybe its because of it. I do not know.
I you want more information to solve this problem, ill give it.

Help please ;>

Try to see if ur windows firewall or any antivirus program didnt block the allods launcher client exe might be that.Also try to run it as administrator.

sometimes it helps when you start the game launcher again and again....as i know there where many ppl with that issue

Go to Launcher settings (gear icon in the top right panel) and make sure "Space on hard drive for patches" is not "None" and that "Download only requested packs" is NOT checked.

Go to command line (Win Key + R, type in "cmd", press Enter) - with Launcher still open
type "netstat -b", press Enter and check if all entries for:

[GameCenter @ Mail.Ru.exe]

and

[Launcher.exe]

are "ESTABLISHED". If they are not it means something (like firewall) is blocking them.

101% sure it is firewall isssue.
I had the same.
Go to firewall option and look if launcher is not in virtual mode.
Typical issue with launchers :P

Indeed my friend. It was firewall problem.
