How much longer?

Yesterday, they said it was 16%...now it's 1% since last night but still I didn't get any email or any response that my ticket is being handled...
It's really annoying.
Can any1 from the Allods team comment and advise on the estimated time for solution?

It's not about an estimated time for a solution.

The 16% was a different issue.

They have one, it just takes time to actually implement it, as each affected user needs to be corrected by hand.

They can't run a script to fix this.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

It worked for me, since I finally decided to try it.
You have to have one my.com id for your NA gpotato ID, and a different one for your EU ID.

The duplicate accounts is it called? Can login fine, just the characters missing.
Even have screenshots of gold, gear and items in the bank :(

Hmm, odd.

It's not quite the same as the issue I encountered then.

What happens if you try and re-merge the account?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

It almost sounds like it's set up correctly :S

Are you actually getting the Create a New Character screen when you select a server, or just seeing 0/0 and calling it quits?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Yeah I get taken to the New character screen, when I go back to the server selection, shows 0 characters on both servers, I only use the f2p though.
