Server Appears Offline

Hello guys! im coming back to game after like 2 years, downloaded the game for the first 2.2gb with everything fnie, but when i tryied to log in appears : , trying to find out how to solve this problem on google but nothing works, when i was searchin on the launcher of My.com Game i saw on the launcher the server status, and my appears Shard1 OFFLINE, any advices/suggestions to solve this problem?

Obs: im using win 10, i7, GTX 850

maye your firewall or whatever is blocking something?

have you entered login & password correctly?

Was your account transferred to my.com 2 years ago? If not, probably have to do so. Different procedures for ex-NA and ex-EU accounts.

Or did you make a new account? Then it might be firewall issue as AO-Player said. Hopefully someone smarter can help out ^^

Hello,

Could you try to launch the game in administrator mode (if it still exists on W10) or with a W7/8 compatibility ?
You may also try to launch the game with the Allods launcher : "[HDD]:\MyGames\Allods Online EN\bin" and "launcher.exe"
Always launch your game in administrator mode.
