Cant install the game

i click on the allodsenloader_en.exe and nothing happens it doesnt start the downloader
Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hello,

Can you please verify that your file is not blocked by Windows ?
Right click on it, open "Properties" and then have a look at "General" tab if you can see an "Unblock" button :


If it doesn't work, please check your firewall and antivirus settings.
