No, this one from rokkoo525 is far more pvp- than pve-based.

However, your build would be fine, but it contains a very few amount of rubies.
I'd suggest you to save on Paralysis ('cause it's practically useless without taking 'Divine Punishment' [ -> mobs don't get out of CC with over 90% health by hitting them]), 'Celestial Light' (more a luxury for the ones who got the rubies) and 'Valiant Guardian' (completely useless for PvE) and take 'Enlightement' (9 points determination) and 'Brilliant Faith' (heal for getting fanatism-stacks) with you.

Also, you have to change 'Surge of Faith' for 'Divine Infusion' to come to the other rubies then, but this ruby brings you more boni anyway.

The talent-build is just fine.
