It's been way too long

I have been waiting for almost a week now to get my char back .. I didn't get them back . . I didn't get a massage nor an email to conform anything .. nor to tell me what's going on with my account .. and I am done waiting .. like a simple answer .. or a way to track my tickets .. cuz this is taking so long and I don't know .. a simple answer would be great .. Thank you

Please can you describe *exactly* what is wrong - several people erroneously believe they have an outstanding issue, but do not.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Exactly .. I have sent a ticket .. about 3 days ago .. about my char .. and I did try everything nothing worked .. and I didn't get reply yet

i know that it takes a while but 5 days...... is crazy. they said there was 150 ppl left out of the 500 2 and half days ago thought it would have been fixed by now. all we can do is wait just wish there was some way of knowing how long so we dont have to keep logging in to check emails and stuff to see if its fixed. i understand how frustrated u r i have been looking forward to merge for ages. who knows maybe they will help us out when they fix account :)

well simply .. as simple it is .. I did the merge and it all worked as it seem .. and everything was fine .. then I go into the game .. and then 0 nothing in my account .. so I log out .. and look around on forums .. so I found that thing where you need to make another email and stuff .. so I did it .. and I tried .. but it said I already merged my account .. So I log out ... the end ..

And did you vreate anew account at My.com using the same email address after you had merged?

I go into the server .. to make a new char .. and I try to log out and in to check if something would change .. and there is nothing .. 0 ..

Then you will need to wait.

Each person with this issue needs a member of staff to sit and fix it by hand, account by account.

It's frustrating, but you just need to wait.

They are working as fast as they can on this

I understand that .. But .. there is no way for me to track at what number .. and they said they have like a limit of 500 .. people .. and I know we are only but humans .. But at least a simple reply bot to make me get that they are actually going to look into it .. instead of me .. just wandering around

apparently i've double registered my email that is bound to this account.. once in-game while on allods , and a 2nd time on the my.com servers.
