Stuck in Kirah

Please help!

I cant seem to find any way to complete the Artifact of the Odds quest. This is the one where you need the artifacts after the 'Time-Storm' and need to fight the elementals to get them.

I have waited by the barrier forhours, no time storm, no elementals :(

What am I missing???

Hello,

They appear at special time in the day.
Open your ingame calendar (H), and filter with Kirah zone. You'll know when to come to Kirah to fight elementals.
It only last 10 minutes each time.
