Help for the Crafters/Suppliers Guild quests appear to be nonexistent

Hey I am trying to raise my reputation with the crafter's guild. the problem is, the quest seems to be nonexistent anywhere in novograd. None of the crafting/gathering trainers have any of the help quests!!

Anybody able to help me?

I think there is a repeatable quest near novo teleport.

Quest is a one-time reputation boost.

To increase this reputation you make (and then use) special item that is different for every profession, like Decorated Cane for Weaponsmithing, Vial of Phlogiston for Alchemy, others I don't remember.

I'm trying to figure out what the special item is for leatherworking. (Edit: Ah it is Embroidered Wallet). However when I use the wallet, it says my guild reputation level is too high :( so what do i do?

If i'm not mistaken, you will get different items at different levels of your profession that will allow you to raise reputation in the 0-5000 bracket, then 5000-10000, and so on. Check some higher level recipes that provide the same kind of bonus as the wallet ?

(doing this out of my head, not in game and went through it looong ago :))

So they removed the daily quest for the crafter's guild rep? Haven't paid enough attention to notice it...



@Pochtron: You are absolutely right - there's a new item for every 5000 or 10 000 point gap.
