Can't log after the update

Am I the only one who can't log in after the update Circle of equals? I choose the character and the loading bar stops at 77%, always.

it shows this, but it didn't change at all in 30 minutes

I get stuck on the load screen at 82% every time. :rolleyes:

I guess when it said I could play the game while the download finishes was a lie.
