no more runes?

so since 7.0 came out is there no more runes? or is it still pay 2 win ?

edit: so i came into the game and saw i still have runes so either they lied or i haven't read it right

edit again: nvm i misread it its glyphs that are gone so basicly its still p2w got my hopes up for nothing what a shame.

gues i'll go play something else

yea but no item is as worse as runes doubling all your stats if runes were removed since the start of the game u wud see 10 times more players in the game.

Maybe but compared to other games, Allods still beats them like hell if it comes to p2w even without the runes. If they announce to remove just the Runes, probably a lot of current players would leave and all new player would also leave a few weeks after joining because its still p2w

I mean that really depends.
Every even rune lvl, full 8s to 9s for example ("80%" to "90%"), increases your damage output by ca 3%.Going runes 888 to 13 13 13 in offense is about the same as getting patronage 5, a ca 15% dmg boost.

lol, that's not true. from what you're telling, having full lvl 10 runes means only 30% more damage

You have patronage level right? It's at 200% or 250% more damage and heal.
Lets say you got Pat 5 (250%) and full 10's (100%) which = 350% more damage boost.
0 runes + Pat 5 vs 10 runes Pat 5 (350/250) = 1.4 = 40% more damage, not 100%.

subscriptionserver has fixed (level 5?) runes for evey player, but they are "hidden"

on free server there are no visible changes in the runemechanic

I saw on the splash screen :
New equipment system!

No more Glyphs and enchantment. Now you will either receive ready equipment for defeating enemies, or craft it yourself!

Is it true?Or misleading?Cause i want to join again this game after a long long brake.
