Cant play the game while downloading

Why i cant play the game while downloading anymore after the last update ? ;( ;( ;(

the problematic "progressive download" crap has been removed and the game normally downloads now, its intentional
(its not like a feature has been removed, its more like this has been reverted back to normal, in the past there was no "progressive download" too)

just let the game download completely and after that enjoy a properly running game without lagging and other bugs 8o
