Population in sub server

Greetings,

Iam 10lvl at the moment and I barely see any other new player hanging around, at the Novograd also as a main city the ppl are very limited, around 10-15 high lvl dudes and that at Sunday evening..

My concern is, is the sub server populated enough? Enough for group questing, for dungeons, raids, for everything.

I will apreciate the honest replies.

The population is good in the higher lvls, you just need to get there.
