cuz in my case was i top upped 2 times with paypal directly after each other and only got my crystals once and so i send them the ids as they asked and got this the next day

Yeah i've sent them all the information uniq ids trans ids everything and i never even got my first transaction for the crystals but hopefully they'll fix it i believe (: its been a week is what is frustrating

Yes i have the same problem, tried topping up yesterday and i did not recieve an y crytslas, i sent a ticket.

I sent my ticket in Friday, they sent to team, but still is on que...didn't recive anything and was pay when was boost million event...

Having the same problem, topped up twice and no crystals - others in my guild are reporting the same issues.

My wife and I both used my debit card, I used it in-game and she used it through the website. Both of us have submitted tickets for this and have received no response to them.
