Just read rubies and talents and see what corresponds with what and make a build your self that makes sense.
Also, build is just 50% of the battle, you still need to figure out stats and what works best as well.

these are the builds i use for pvp and pve.
Pve is basically fire dps so stack elemental and crit dmg (but dont overcap ofc)

for pvp its just tanky with some damage and cc. Good for 1v1 but could be better for domi etc i think. For this build i get physical dmg and profi mainly, crit dmg is good too
