Can you communicate with the members of the opposite faction?

I was wondering if you can communicate with them with emotes or chat.

Psionicist can on special chat before....idk if that still exidt.

yes psionicist still can

but for the others classes that can't use this special chat, you can use the "/emote" technique; just wright that before your message and both faction will see it in the chat :)
you need to be next to the person you want to talk to thought
