Dragon Tear Dailies Not Available

I have been unable to receive the daily quests for Dragon Tears for 4-5 days. I do not have any of the quests active. The only quest I have from Yulia Dobrynina is the Dragon Tears quest to get 700 shards of a frozen tear. That quest is currently in progress and I have 43 shards.
Any idea what's going on here? I did try turning off daily quests and turning them back on with the Relic Master but that did not help. It is happening both on my prog and inc.

I have the same problem, dailies for dragon tear just disappeared. Closing and reopening the game did nothing.
