Obviously I can't understand anything of this, anyone that can give a quick recap of what's being said?

This is a 7.1 patch preview

-New open world zones (containing new story quests)
-Gearscore revamp: it will be shown on every item and total character gearscore will be the sum from all individual items
-A way to obtain fabled items for people who can't access raids
-"New" recycled allods (Dersaadet Isle, Mboa-Mboa Jungle, Reflection of Castle Blight, Ice Chamber)
-Two new allods
-Winners of past year's cross-server Dominion championship will have their statues placed in Astral Academy
-New skins for Lightning (from Summerhold) and Gryphon (from Tropical Atoll)
-New activity in Anomalous Sector: Ghost ship (with skeletal crew) that you can board and rob (for full reward) or destroy (for a part of it)
-New activity in Anomalous Sector: Demon hunt awarding stacking buff, prizes are awarded after the buff ends and depend on how much is stacked
-New activity in Anomalous Sector: Surveyors' Ship escort, prizes upon completion
-New astral ship skin

i cant deny it
this info just made me rethink my decision of not gearing in verison 7
i just hope this wont be like with enchanted level 66 items now... (weekly quest, not enough time to complete gear)

the lightning-skin also looks fantastic
i hope we get 7.1 in time to we can do summerhold

After a certain gearscore threshold you are allowed to exchange this:

Those are used to craft non-fabled and fabled gear respectively. Nothing about exchange rate is said though.

as long as this is only limited to (excessive?) farming and not weekly quests or something (like we hav it now) so its not possible to get a FULL set of teal gear, i am totally happy
(and im sure im not the only one here )
