Random game lag

So as of may 1st when i enter novograd, lightwood, the 4 allod sectors and the astral academy i instantly get 1000+ ping and eventually disconnected from the server but outside those areas the game runs fine.

Now ive had this game for 3+ years and have never encounted a problem like this, i have verified game files, restarted router/computer and nothing seems to be working. At the moment the game is essentially unplayable since i cant even farm gear.

If anyone has any suggestion feel free to add me ingame - Dknow
