Ghost Speaker makes it able to be cast instantly. Here is what the spell does:

Ghost Dimension
Cast Time: 5 / 4 / 3 seconds depending on rank (Instant with Ghost Speaker ruby.)
Can be prepared beforehand.
Cooldown: 30 / 20 / 10 seconds depending on rank
Affected by Martyr's Protection, depending on patronage rank (only 4 and 5 I will note here) the duration is reduced bby 80 / 85% and gets the opponent to resist special control for 30 / 35 seconds.
You send the enemy to ghost dimension, paralyzing it for 6 seconds making it unable to move and use its abilities except Martyr abilities. If the enemy has less than %90 of its health remaining, any damage will break the move.

Paralysis, Eye of the Storm and Ghost Dimension really does not work in PvP and only good with PvE. I think in PvP we must have its uses. Maybe giving it a higher cooldown like 30 / 25 / 20 but in PvP make the stun 4 seconds but not breakable by damage? Like a second fear?

That is what I thoght so far, in PvE seems good but in PvP it is useless and nobody ever uses it.
