error code: 0xE2003059

I can only run the game for under a minute. I did make it all the way in to the game...can move my character, but still it crashes. I did try to do a repair also.

edit. Upon exit on that error ....I get another error code 1.2

Are you using the My.com Launcher or the old Launcher?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I have tried both launchers that are on my desktop after a new installation

Can you try running the Repair tool from the Allods Launcher (found in the install directory \Allods Online\bin\ and see if that makes a difference?

No applications labeled 'repair' in the bin folder. I tried to run the other applications in that folder with no results .When I tried to run Sync version it gives me an error message about an invalid command

Edit: found repair on the other launcher, ran it. Found no errors

Sorry, that wasn't clear of me - you need to run Launcher.exe from the bin folder, and click on the icon that looks like a hammer.

Hmm.

Can you get screenshots of the errors and upload them to a site like http://www.imgur.com and link them here?

It did, but unfortunately I am unable to view it clearly until I get home to a proper browser :/

Hello,

As Dhamp explained, the repair thing would have worked.
Try to run in administrator mode, and re-try the repair tool with the launcher.exe ?
Like this : http://fr.allods.com/forum/index.php?pag…d&threadID=1111

Russians error list : http://forum.allods.ru/showthread.php?t=96651
According to russian error list and solutions, there is a repair tool that we don't have yet (i hope we will).
You may send a support requesting for an EU version of this repair tool ?

EDIT @Dhamp :

@Fred : you really need to learn how to crop an image, as you have a 3 or 4 display monitors, you can't send a print screen like this :D

Looks like your graphics drivers are a tad out of date!

From the AMD site..12/18/2013...13.12..... and that's what I have for a driver version installed

Edit : there is a beta...that just came out

The DxDiag shows a date of the 6th - it may just be a site/file date discrepancy.

Can you open Eventvwr and see if there's anything in the Application Log?
