what does this do? There is no text so I have no idea, Thanks!

oh, and also, does the rubys that increase dmg when using paired weapons also increase if you are using sword/dagger? not sure if these are considered paired weapons

Verdict increases dmg by 100% for 10% of the targets health its more of a raid oriented skill.
Yes all paired rubies apply to all paired weapons including sword and dagger. I will be posting a pmb guide on paired weapons warrior some time this weekif you're in need of further assistance.

Actually, Verdict's description is this one:

The Warrior sentences one opponent to death. The damage received by this opponent is increased by 50/100% for 15 seconds, or until they have lost 10% of their maximum health.
