Crashes on start

hello.

when I try to launch allods from the my.game client it simply crashes immediately and bring me back to the my.game with no messege or error.

I tried doing so but then it just says 'connection broken: the connection was closed' everytime I try to log in.

yup, it's granted but still nothing

Edit: it's still tomion tried to make another account to see if it works but still not
