What the hell is this? I try to understand it but somehow I fail. Luck seems to be low no matter what status I add.

Luck now is a much more special stat. Stacking it from gear and rubies is impossible. Classes have crit chance rubies for skills, but they don't have luck rubies. The ONLY gear that can boost your luck is Eclipse draconic relics. You can still use itemshop potions and I think alchemy potions to boost it.
