Build Mage and Demo

Someone can help me!
I want a damage build for Mage and other for Demo.
To mage I don't no if I build fire/ice or fire/thunder and with Demo I don't have ideia what I do.

Mage PVE DPS: 68 rubies
Stats I'd recommend:
500 Double Attack, 250 ele dmg, all rest into MBR.
Defensive I'd recommend:
250 caution, 200 concentration, all rest into vitality.


Demo PVE DPS: 68 rubies
Recommended stats:
260 - 299 crit dmg, 250 crit chance, all rest into MBR.

Defensive:
250 caution, 200 concentration, all rest into vitality.
