Characters aren't there

I logged in, showed 0 characters under New Frontier server and it took me to character creation screen. I transferred my NA account info correctly. Please fix.

please for the love of god someone fix this

I've tried to fix this myself but i can't figure it out.. seems to me like a lot of people are gettin screwed in this server merge, and should be compensated in some way.. i've been dealing with this BS issue for 24 hours with no beneficial outcome.. i've tried linking my email to another account but when i logged into it there were no characters... THIS .. IS.. CRAP...

They aren't screwing anyone over, the characters still exist, as do the accounts, but there's been a snag in the migration.

They are aware of the issue and are working on it.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

having same prob

i have migrated and everything else verified new email and crap still no chars just seen a post saying there 16% of ppl having this problem they will fix shortly. i have saved so much gold to exchange the rates keep going up i heared by the time we get in its gona be same as b4.....
