Core morpher coupon - question

Hi,

I have kanian race character and i want buy psionist core morpher coupon.
Can i change kanian character on psionist ? or change race and take psionist ?

You can choose only from the available class options. For psionicist you would get an option to choose between gibberling and elf only :/
