Impossible to complete the first Trial of the "Tka-Rik's" quest

Hello! I have a problem with the first Trial of the "Tka-Rik's cave" quest where I have to chain Sarn 5 times. But when I do it, nothing happens and the quest is still ongoing. Somebody had the same problem and solved it?

Make sure he got 5 stacks of chain buff.
If remember correctly he can lose stacks with time or from souls he summons.

yep, chain->kill sparks->chain->kill sparks->chain up to 5 times

if your dmg is low, try get bule eq from reputation vendor, also ask for help to kill blue quests to get purple quality weapons
