cant purchase BC?

trying to purchase some blue crystals but it wont let me? help?
says payments cancelled shortly after trying to make the purchase.
my account is still attached to steam aswell.

Having this same problem with my steam account. Neither Paypal or card payments work.

steam sux, but a solution might be filling ur paypal account up and then using paypal to pay
