Kinda lost need some answers

Hi, i used to play this game like 3/4 years ago on NA server even tough im from Europe and my highest level character was level 51/52 cant remember, loved to play but it reached a point where i couldnt progress anymore and after my guild disbanded(Forasteiros) i felt not playing anymore, i still joined a guild called Oblivion but wasnt the same thing. I want to see how it felts to play the game again, so i have some questions:
1- Can a 51/52 Full Healer easily quest to max level on his own?
2- Is the server populated, i remember when i played the game would always be full of people in all areas, even in the newbies ones.
3- Are runes level 5/4 enough currently?
4- Anything else i should now as a player who didnt played for 3/4 years?
