Scout/Archer bug

Hello all. It is just me or this first learned skill by archer; Volley, at game beginning work visual wrong?
I mean you can see on monsters this funny 8,8,8,8 dmg (archer lvl1), but your character stoped and skill bar is in progress.
I think some patch ruin this skill animation. It should be fixed.

Hi! I send a ticked to support. I hope this bug will be fixed soon.
It's look funny but as a new player you think
"lolz what is now happed? Why monster get hitting and character do nothing?"
It is not a huge bug, but it should be better animated.
