Allods Online download stuck

It is stuck at 8 mb and is downloading in 0 kb/s, why is that? i got no firewall or virus programs on.
I can't run it from Allods launcher cus it is not complete with the allods folder yet! My internet is otherwise working fine, damn you Allods :thumbdown: HELP PLEASE!

did you try to stop and start the download? Sometimes it helps, if the download doesn't go forward. If this doesn't work you can submit a ticket here:
