Hey, anyone getting his/her tickets answered in the last 18 days?
Because I sent a ticket 28 days ago, got an answer they would compensate my items:

Great but they compensated the wrong ones. I told them and they answered:

I stayed online for a few days but neither did I not get any items, nor are they answering my ticket anymore. Last time I got a reply was 30.06.2014.
So I would love to know if they are just ignoring me because it is a little more work to restore my items or the support went on holidays.
